    Description:

Cold Rolled Coils (CR Coils) are steel sheets processed at room temperature, ensuring a smoother finish, tighter tolerances, and greater strength compared to hot-rolled coils. Known for their excellent surface quality and precision, CR Coils are widely used in automotive, construction, and appliance manufacturing. They are ideal for applications that require high formability, structural integrity, and superior aesthetics.

    Raw Materials:
CR Coils are produced from high-grade mild steel or carbon steel. The cold rolling process enhances the material’s surface finish, precision, and mechanical properties. Optional oiling can be applied to prevent surface corrosion during storage and transportation.

    RAL Colors Available:
Cold Rolled Coils are typically supplied in their natural steel finish. However, post-processing such as painting or coating can be applied based on project requirements.

    • Standard finish: Mill finish
    • Optional oiling available for rust protection

    Features:

    • Superior surface finish and flatness.
    • Higher strength compared to hot-rolled steel.
    • Tight dimensional tolerances for precision applications.
    • Enhanced formability, suitable for bending, cutting, and shaping.
    • Available in both coil and sheet form for versatile use.

    Applications:
Cold Rolled Coils are essential in industries where high-quality surface finish and precision are required. Common applications include:

    • Automotive body panels and components.
    • Home appliances like refrigerators, washing machines, and ovens.
    • Furniture and storage solutions.
    • Electrical appliances and panels.
    • Construction components, such as roofing and wall panels.
